Orders & Customization

You can customize the shoes by choosing from a selection of materials and colors available for each model. The design remains fixed, but you can tailor each pair to your preferences using my online configurator.

The shoes design was created to ensure elegance and originality, so it cannot be changed. However, you can customized each model by selecting from a range of materials and colors while maintaining the harmony of the original design.

Through my online configurator, you can easily choose from various materials and colors to create unique combination that matches your style. You’ll be able to preview the result in real time!

Yes! The configurator allows you to see a preview of your costumized shoes so you can be sure of your choice before finalizing your purchase.

The customization is limited to the selection of materials and colors for each model. If you can’t find the color you’re looking for, feel free to contact me at info@julesmeniconi.com I’ll be happy to research the possibility of making your wish come true, or offer you a consultation to find the best alternative.

You can order up to 3 pairs of shoes. If you have specific needs, you can contact me at customercare@julesmeniconi.com and share your request. I’ll glad to to assist you!

Once your order has been submitted, it will be reviewed and you’ll receive an order confirmation within 48 hours. During this time, you can contact cutomercare@julesmeniconi.com for any changes or concerns.

Production & Delivery Times

Yes, each pair of shoes is carefully handcrafted by expert shoemakers, ensuring a high-quality product that is truly one of a kind.

Since each pair is handmade, production take approximately 4 weeks. Every shoes is crafted with passion and attention to detail.

Our shoes are produced in north of Italy using high-quality materials, in full respect of italian artisanal traditions.

Shipping is free via UPS (1–5 business days).
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow its journey.
Delivery time is estimated from the moment your order is shipped, not from when it is placed.

At the moment, I only ship within European Union. However, I plan to expanded worldwide, so stay tuned!

Yes, you will received a tracking code as soon as your order as been shipped, so you can follow your package all the way to delivery.

Sizing & Fit

There’s a size guide available on the website to help you to choose the correct fit. If you still have doubts, I’ll be happy to assist you with personalized advice.

Yes, the shoes fit true to size. However, if you have any specific question about the fit, I’d be happy to offer some tailored suggestion.

At the moment I don’t offer half size, but I encourage you to consult the size guide to find the best option for you. For any concerns, feel free to customercare@julesmeniconi.com

Since the shoes are made to order, I’m unable to accept size exchange, I recommend carefully reviewing the size guide before finalizing your purchase.

Like all new shoes, they might feel a bit uncomfortable at first, but over the time they will adapt to the shape of your foot, softening and becoming more comfortable each wear.

Returns & Refunds

Each pair of shoes undergoes a quality check before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We’ll proceed with a replacement or refund.

Since the shoes are made to order, returns are not accepted unless there are fit issues. Returns will be approved upon evaluation, please contact customercare@julesmeniconi.com. Shoes must be returned in perfect condition, with no sign of wear, so we kindly ask you to try them on a soft, clean surface to avoid damaging the sole. A refund will be issued once the order has been received and inspected.

Payments & Security

I accept credit or debit cards. Payment are processed through Stripe and Apple Pay to ensure secure transactions.

Yes, my website uses uncrypted and secure payment system to protect your banking and personal information.

No, installments payment are not available at this time.

Since I sell exclusively online, there’s no a physical showroom. However, you can view every detail of the product through the interactive configurator on the website.
